Hmmm...I thought that on wind instruments with keys/holes both hands were kind of equal. Stringed instruments are different, because each hand performs quite different functions (plucking versus fretting, etc.) Trombone and french horn would be exceptions to the 'both hands doing similar/identical things' rule.
@BFB1131 - haha, really? I never have... it's so hard to find make up to match my skin tone... lol it's kind of yellowish undertone :/
@Unstoppable_Inner_Strength - well, actually if you notice most instruments they have their own specific usage and no they're not equal. One is always used more than the other. tubas, trumpets, trombones, french horns, baritones all only use their right hand and use the left as support...
As for the clarinet sure we use all our fingers except the right thumb which is used for support and the one that is usually fatter than the other thumb... but overall the right hand is the one that has to be more flexible because it has more fingering to cover. The left hand is more stationary even though it's still very important. In my opinion of course. Now strings they do use different functions... one is fingering wise and the notes while the other one functions to play what it written rhythm, string, articulation.... and with winds we will have the fingering down but if the mouth is not set up, tongue, throat, or even fingers aren't covering holes (clarinets) then sound will not occur. So many functions for instruments... on the clarinet which is basically the only open hole instrument (well a few expensive flutes as well) the hands play important roles with the leaking of air and not production of sound. so yea =D =D
beautiful ring.
@Grannys_Place - awww, thank you darling!!! I have a huge fascination with hearts... I've hada few heart rings and it took me forever to find this one. I bought it for myself for mother's day. =D I never get anythnig and I thought it would be nice to buy myself something for once.
The clarinet, the clarinet, goes doodle doodle doodle doodle det.
@TrainTrack - haha... it does ...4 sets of eightnotes and a stacato ending =D
does the clarinet serve as a dueling weapon too?
At first I thought this was an engagement ring and an announcement but that is the wrong hand.
@LetheOfHeaven - it can, yes... as long as the silver keys are removed =D
@TheTheologiansCafe - Lol, not even close to an engagement. But, it my ring was a real diamond, It would be perfect. jk That would be a big step.
Pretty ring <3
@Bermudian - Thank you sweetheart. I'm fascinated with hearts! =D
